Meme cache rescaling complete

The meme cache has gotten fat from absorbing high-calorie 4K memes from
Youtube and other American vendors.  At Bitreich we are conscious of the
dynamic lifestyle of modern meme consumers, which may want to browse the
meme cache through questionable wifi in their business jet or remote hut:

We also want to ensure a stable flow of memes through the meme pipelines,
which are commonly under attack by foreign agents:

As a solution, we are happy to announce that all image and video memes in
the meme cache are reduced in resolution to a healthy limit of 1024 px
for images and 800 px for videos.  The storage footprint is cut in half
(113Gb to 54Gb).
