First Eternal September GangBAN 2023-09-07

As announced, today will be the first 30 year Eternal September GangBAN
at 20:00 today.

Since people from all over the world are participating in Bitreich, the
format is changing. The servers for the games will run all day and for
the days, so people can come together for games as much as they like.

The servers for OpenRA are running:

       OpenRA CNC              bitreich.org:32324
       OpenRA Tiberian Dawn    bitreich.org:32325

And the Xonotic server is running at bitreich.org.
