Bitreich IdleRPG: Holy Hand of RMS, Calamities, Online Statistics

Thanks to the fun people had with the Bitreich IdleRPG, two big new
features were added:

## Holy Hand of RMS

       21:42:00   @__20h__ | !hor ROYGBYTE
       21:42:00      annna | RMS had a bad day and moved ROYGBYTE 700
                             seconds back in idle time.

       21:43:46   @__20h__ | !hor ROYGBYTE
       21:43:46      annna | The holy hand of RMS moved ROYGBYTE 800 seconds
                             forward in idle time.

The event can also fire randomly.

## Calamaties

       21:42:27   @__20h__ | !calamity
       21:42:27      annna | adc found an exploit in the IdleRPG code! This
                             caused the idle time to change by -700 to 282590.

Those events can fire randomly and have a random idle time change.

By 40% chance, there can be random change of class, hardware, shield or
weapon too.
