Geomyidae Beeta v0.50

There has been a long time since a release of geomyidae. But much work
has been done.

A new beeta phase for the jump in release tags to v0.50 is now open. New
features which are in the repository:

       git://bitreich.org/geomyidae

* Full TLS support (a bit old)
       * Sticky bit support for TLS only content. (See manpage.)
* New path traversal full REST support.
       * See description in CGI.md.
       * See cgi-examples/proxy.dcgi for what else to do with this.
       * Example:

       # Old
       Client: /some/service/?/do/something?key=value
       Script invokation: /some/service/index.dcgi "" "/do/something?key=value"

       # New
       Client: /some/service/do/something?key=value
       Script invokation: /some/service/index.dcgi "" "/do/something?key=value"

* Full UMN menu dir emulation with cgi-examples/umnlisting.dcgi
       * Just copy this as index.dcgi into your old umn directory.
