Lzip support for Bitreich releases.

Bitreich is now  supporting tar.gz and tar.lz for release  files, due to
good arguments for lzip:

       http://www.nongnu.org/lzip/safety_of_the_lzip_format.html

Lzip gives us requirements for very far future needs, where integrity of
archives should  not fail. We would  like to encourage packagers  to use
lzip too. See this article on lzip vs. xz:

       http://www.nongnu.org/lzip/xz_inadequate.html

Lzip offers  a very nice  feature for last resort:  lziprecover(1). This
can reconstruct  some corrupted  archive file found  from 10  years ago,
where there  is only one  left on some hidden  ftp server. With  xz this
could be impossible.

Open Source  is about long-time  thinking. We hope  everyone appreciates
this.

FOR  PACKAGERS: The  old .tgz  files  are left  there, but  will not  be
regenerated. Now we have .tar.gz and  .tar.lz. All of them are of course
with some sha512sum file for extra integrity check.

Sincerely yours,
