The Bitreich Documents Have Changed

## Manifesto
* Some text has been formatted.
* The term »subject-oriented programming« was added to make clear what is
 meant as »Users are Programmers«.

## Organisation
* NNTP was removed for now, since IRC has outlived it.
* IRC was added as our main official medium.
* Change the conference paragraph to the present state.

## Branches
* There is a new protocol branch, which should lead us to think more about the
 network and that there are simple protocols we do not use anymore or start
 using again.
