Bitreich Transparency.

In  a move to make everything transparent in bitreich we have decided to
open up following repositories:

Here  you  see  the chronciles of the bitreich council decisions and the
rules the council has given itself. There the changes of  further  deci‐
sions will be seen.

## gopher://bitreich.org/1/scm/bitreich-documents

This  is the tracking system for our core documents, like the manifesto,
the branches and the organisation. This will make it possible to  easily
track  changes  for  those. There have been no changes since the initial
release in 2016.
