A clarification of the characters used for special codes

   I'm not sure if the characters used in the program for special
   codes are standard, but here's a list of what they stand for:

      *  Repetition
      =  Break
      ~  Attention
      �  AS  (Wait)
      +  End of transmission    (dit-dah-dit-dah-dit)
      @  End of QSO             (dit-dit-dit-dah-dit-dah)
