This utility allows you to mark files to be deleted the next time
Windows starts. This is useful for times when a file can't be deleted
because it's in use, and this is the method used by anti-virus scanners
when they're unable to delete files for that reason.


To DelLater A File...

1. From within the Start menu "Run..." dialog box, type:
<path-to-file>dellater.exe <path-to-file><filename>

2. A confirmation dialog will indicate file is scheduled for deletion

3. Reboot (whenever you like).

That's all that's required. After rebooting and logging in you'll be
able to see that the file you specified is no longer there.
