Microwave Fudge
---------------

- 18 oz chocolate [feel free to mix different types of chocolate]
- 14 oz condensed milk
- [optional] 1 teaspoon mint extract

Microwave on high for 90 seconds [or until suitably softened]

- [optional] add mini marshmallows

Stir well and put in lined containers
Freeze.
