Welcome everyone back to our nice week of having fun, doing hackathons
and strolling around Vitre in France.

 OFFDEM is open for freedom, desire, emancipation, meaning.

 Do we need such large events?

 OFFDEM vouches for decentralization, as most people only have one life
 and can achieve a limited number of projects, we do not need to be all
 at the same time at the place, let’s organize and promote smaller and
 more focused meetings on different topics aiming at practical
 achievements for the communities they support.

 Do we actually reach out to our audiences?

 The organization of small events can be done at a lower cost and in
 better conditions than amassing a large number of professionals without
 asking the question of the uses, the intentions nor the modalities of
 technical developments. Opening up to otherness consists in working in
 proximity with resistance networks, on the ground, in order to open up
 to plural realities.

       * Markdown upload inbetween days can be guaranteed, audio not.

* There will be someone listening on IRC for questions and post answers.

* Presenters answer after the presentation on IRC.

* During the whole week we have a hackathon and art meme contest.
