## Does the Computer World decline?

* The Web is declining.
       * Google is removing ad blocking, user-friendliness.
       * Mozilla hates its users, by cloud access.
       * Web browsers cannot be secured anymore with webassembly.

* Programming is declining.
       * There are now -stack developers, who have never seen a CPU.
       * People write web frontends for ECG and pacemakers and think
         this is fast.
       * Where will the complexity spiral end?

## How We Keep Things Going

* Bitreich is about keeping other ideas alive.
       * It has a history.
       * It has a now.
       * It has a future.

* Gopher is another idea to the web.
       * It has history.
       * It has a now.
       * It has a future.

* What other things can we keep going or showing for future generations?
