The primary mission of amateur radio is handling traffic. There are several
National Traffic System (NTS) Nets, including the Dallas/Fort Worth Traffic Net
(www.dfwtrafficnet.org).

Other nets are for specific topics such as weather, trains, Bible Study,
technical, cooking, and more.

There are also 4 categories of traffic -- Emergency, Priority, Welfare, and
Routine. I will have messages on this as soon as I get the batchfiles set up.
