    I did not know that, and all this time I have been using the telnet
client.  I did figure out how to fix the line pause problem.  It has to do with
Synchronet auto-detecting them.  All one needs to do is set their rows to 25
instead of auto detect and that fixes the problem.  I have noticed other
problems with the telnet client in Win2k, however, mainly with WWIVEdit and
quoting.
