It was happening right on here (Vert).  My command shell had been set to
Renegade since I originally made my account (probably almost a year I'd guess).

I just did a little test and set my comand shell to something else, and then
set it back to Renegade.  And now the R's and A's don't seem to switch anymore
when I log off and on.  Veeeery odd.

I swear I'm not nuts :)
