Alright, I forgot how to do it!!!!
I need to send a user a particular file that is NOT in the download directories
but is at d:\blah\file.zip, I thought it was file_send but maybe I'm wrong.

it starts a download but nothing is really sent, FDSZ (i cought for a split
second) says File Not Found.  The file is there and it exists.  ideas?
