The problem there is that I think one copy of the external program needs to be
running per node.  When an external program terminates for a node, control
passes back to the BBS... I don't think there's a way to avoid that :(  So if
there wasn't one copy running per node, I don't think there'd be a way for the
BBS to know that the user was still in the door.

I'm not sure though... I can always try tinkering with stuff. After all, I
didn't even think originally there was any way I could get my door to run
multi-node in the first place :)
