Does it eventually go away?  I see the same under linux for multiple minutes
ate it slowly binds to ports and gets things ready.  Seems to take about 2-3
minutes for everything to fire up.  On my system, it looks like trying to bind
to ipv6 ports (when I have ipV6 disabled) causes things to slow down with these
messages.  Once all the ports are bound (binded?), the message goes away for
e.
