If you look in exec/logon.js, there is a commented line to
load("emailval.js"), just uncomment that line (assuming you have mail setup
to send properly).

You may need to adjust the validation levels used at the top of emailval.js

NOTE: I'm using sendgrid for my outbound bbs mail here, so the user's more
likely to actually get it.
