I Found what I was looking for, but am still a bit confused.
http://www.synchro.net/docs/external_programs.html#InternalGateways
So, from what the docs are telling me, it should be passed on the command
line, but I'm unsure of formatting. Would it look like this?

*telgate rainmaker.wunderground.com TG_ECHO

Which I actually gave this formatting a go, and sofar I haven't had luck. I
even tried it with the brackets (which I was pretty sure wasn't the answer). I
know echoworks because I can use Ctrl-] to turn on Echo once I am already
connected.

Thanks for any help, dm! Its not a big priority for me, I justlike learning
how these things work. It is honestly just fun playing around with the system.
