binkd is a static (aka blackhole) mailer... in many cases, one can use the same
routing they used before but it may needto be adjusted for the new tosser's
methods... in some cases, that's simple verb alterations while in others, it
means reversing the existing table and listing the routings in the opposite
direction... in other words, what was the bottom routing statement would become
the top one and the top one would become the bottom one... as written in
