You can adjust their "minutes" field (time bank) with the minutes line of the
moduser.dat drop file (read back in when you select xtrn.dat as the drop file
format for an external program), but if the user doesn't have any minutes in
their minute bank, it won't have any effect on their time available online.

I don't see a way, in Baja, to deduct time for a user's available time online
any other way.
