Bionews is a BAJA program written to post messages to users when they log
on/off <Configurable>... giving the SysOp the option to "Force" the users
to read it and it can pause for a specific amount of time again, forcing
the user to read the message.  It has lots of other options and
capabilites... Allowing users to post messages back to the author of the
original message... Shows the message to the user once, or a specific
number of times, allows different options to make it a "New" message each
time the user logs on... etc...  Quite a nice little progie.
