Is there any way to load a add on irc script using the internal irc cmd?

       print "\1n\1y\1hServer and channel: "
     setstr "irc.desync.com 6667 #smashing_pumpkins" possibly <x.src>
   getstr str 50 K_EDIT|K_LINE|K_AUTODEL

       end_if
   end_cmd
