I think you mis-understood my message
I know i can have a variable for the total number of files spaning the entire
filebase.. eg" [SHIFT 2]TFILE[SHIFT 2]     Note: "Shift 2" is the @ symbol.

Im after a variable that will show the total number of files in the current
area only.

Eg: General FIles = 100 Files
   Communication = 50 Files
etc etc
