I have nade every attempt to try and get telval version 16 but the program does
not want to send out the validation email message to the user.  I am using
linux, and that should not make any difference and I hope that he using sbbs
smtp mail server to send the mail out.  I can not figure out how to fix the
problem, and I would like to get telval to work if I can.
