I believe its compressed.  You have to get the turbopascal
uncompressor... lemme see... I think I have it around here somewhere...

I can't seem to locate it at the moment... guess you'll have to google
it.  There's a couple of things to look for.  First, the error 200 is
the tppatch as you have tried, but, some <very few> pascal files were
compressed using a specific compressor program.  <sort of like pkzip>.
This decreased the size of the .exe file... back in the day, this was
important.  :)  Anyway, thats what you should look for... I found one,
bp7patch, but that fixes the 200+mhz problem.
