I already told you how to turn off. Here it is again:

Set SCFG->External Programs->External Editors->IcedEdit->Strip FidoNet Kludge
Lines to "Yes".

You'd have to setup a Baja module as an external program (in SCFG->External
Programs->Online Programs) and create the moduser.dat file with the module.
