You confusing 2 different things here.  In the first part of the message, your
talking about netmail, as in a message sent via a mailer, such as Irex, Argus,
etc... FTN netmail.  The second part your talking about your mail server for
e-mail, pop3, etc..

I make a quick check for you on your port 25 and 110  SMTP/POP3...  Here's the
answer:

sniper@proxy:~$ telnet cyber-station1.com 25
Trying 64.202.167.129...
Connected to ip-64-202-167-129.secureserver.net.
Escape character is '^]'.
^]

No answer.

sniper@proxy:~$ telnet cyber-station1.com 110
Trying 64.202.167.129...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection timed out

No answer.

So, there's 2 possiblities...  From your statement above, you don't have either
of these ports configured in your router, so, of course, this is what you would
get... But if you do have these ports open, then your ISP is blocking them.

Hope that helps.
