Make sure you haven't named the file feedback.src/bin. There's an obscure
feature where if a module named exec/feedback.* exists, Synchronet will
automatically execute it when sending feedback to the sysop (the filename is
hard-coded, not configurable). Anyway, using a different name for your module
should fix the problem.
