That's a pretty strong allegation. Although this isn't really the correct forum
for a debate, I would disagree:
1. That the BBS scene is getting "killed", indications are it's on a rise again
2. That pay/commercial BBSes have/had anything to do with the contraction of
the BBS scene.
But what do I know? :-)
