so are the parameters a pointer to a struct -- or by Complex, do you actually
mean the numeric "complex" type.  if they are pointers to a struct, then i
should be able to mirror the structure in VB and send in a pointer to the
structure.  vb isn't that much different than traditional programming
languages, it just hides a lot of the "complexities" from the user -- ie
pointers/references.
