Its my collection of extensions to JS, most of which (aside from the cookie
stuff) should be usable inside sync without issue.  The ArrayExtensions.js is
pretty useless in sync, since SpiderMonkey already has most of these methods,
it won't hurt anything though.

String.toformat, and Date support works pretty well, some of this is still a
work in progress.
