The simplest thing would be to convert it to a Ctrl-A/.ASC file using ans2asc
and use the -delay option:
-delay <interval> insert a 1/10th second delay code at output byte interval
(lower interval values result in more delays, slower display)

You could put them in the .ans or .asc files, but you'd have to be sure to
reset/revert the speed setting too.
