Accessing the URL, http://bnb.synchro.net/rss.ssjs?channel=BNB-RSS, downloads
the following XML document:

It looks okay except there are no "items", which means there are no posts in
the sub-board. Also, your image link should point to an HTML URL (like
http://bnb.synchro.net/) not a link to your RSS applet.
