Any ideas for making this so it connects to nethack servers? I setup one
recently at home. I can connect to it at telnet://shodan.synchro.net:2323, but
if I try it using *telgate it fails to connect, just sits there, no output.

the frontend i'm using it dgamelaunch, it's got terrible documentation, but
maybe the source is better commented...

I'd like to be able to pass the login:pass as well, if you telnet from u*ix as
follows:

telnet shodan.synchro.net:2323 -l username:passsword

you'll see what I mean.
