1. That's not a JavaScript, it's Baja (see http://synchro.net/docs/baja.html
for details).

2. The Baja EXEC_XTRN function is used to execute a program that's been
pre-configured in SCFG->External Programs->Online Programs. Again, see
baja.html for details.
