Subj : Marking a message as read

In JavaScript scripts for Synchronet, is there a way to mark a message in a
sub-board as read?  The MsgBase object has the get_msg_body() function, which
retrieves the body of a message, but looking at the docs, I'm not sure that I
see a way to change the attributes of a message to mark one as read by the
user.
