Dont know.  i do know that gamers use that pack of vc distributables with
the batchfile that launches them one by one and i see online gamers are
complaining about this error msg.

So i think there is a mix of 32bit and 64
bit dlls.   but like i said, you now have the correct ones in sbbs\exec so it
will work fine for you in the future.
