Well clearly you do, see here:

Put two and two together and:

TelnetDoor.Exe -S <server> -R -X <username> -Y <password> -Z xtrn=<door>

Throw in a -P if you need to override the default rlogin port. Note that <door> should be the internal code of an external program on your BBS. Note that this assumes you're using the default logon.js script.

If calling the game server from a Synchronet BBS you don't need TelnetDoor and can just use a command line like this:

?rlogin <server-address>[:port] -p -t xtrn=<door-game-code>

Any rlogin client that allows specifying the terminal-type parameter will do the job, is what I was getting at. I hope that is sufficient ANSWER for your question.
