Survey Summary:

This tornado formed about 4 miles SSE of the community of Ralph,
or 7 miles SSE of Yellville in southern Marion Co. near state Hwy
14. Some trees were blown over along with damage to a home along
County Road 6089. This tornado continued northeast towards Crestwood
Terrace Road where it damaged some mobile homes. This tornado then lifted
shortly afterwards near the end of Crestwood Terrace Road.
