Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

1 box cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs

Cake mixes have a tendency to differ, so if the dough seems too dry, feel free
to add a little extra oil.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350�F (325�F for dark or nonstick pans) and grease cookie
sheets.

2. Place cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl and mix until well blended.
(Add any mix-ins at this point).

3. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto the cookies sheets, about 2 inches apart.

4. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes in the oven. When done, remove pan from oven and
marvel at your baking prowess. Let cool for 2 minutes on pan and then go eat
some cookies.


Variation ideas

Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookies:
1 box strawberry cake mix + 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Chocolate Toffee Nut Cookies:
1 box devil's food cake mix + 1 cup Heath Bar pieces + 1 cup chopped walnuts
