Ingredients
2 pounds skirt steak, well trimmed, cut into 10-12 inch lengths
For the Marinade
2 tbs. minced garlic
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
3 tablespoons lime juice
6 tbs. cup olive oil




Cooking Directions

Combine the marinade ingredients in a 9 x 13" glass baking dish and stir with a
wire whisk.

Coat the steaks with the marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for
four hours or overnight.

Set the grill to high heat.

Place the steaks on the grill and grill for 2 to 3 minutes on either side until
medium rare and slightly charred.

Let rest for 15 minutes.

Cut into 5-inch sections and slice across the grain.
