Angel Food Cake with Eggnog Custard Sauce
Ingredients
Sauce
1 box instant vanilla pudding and pie filling (4-serving size)
2� c. 1% lowfat milk
2 tbsp. light rum or 1/2 tsp rum extract
� tsp. ground nutmeg
1 purchased angel food cake (about 10 oz)
� pt. fresh raspberries
Directions
Sauce:
1. Prepare pudding as box directs using 2 1/4 cups milk.
2. Stir in rum and nutmeg.
To serve:
Slice cake; place on serving plates and scatter raspberries on plates.
Spoon sauce over cake.
