 I discovered the problem. Somehow, this message area was NOT activated
in my QWK Networking packet.

 So, in advice to systems doing QWK Networking, if you're not getting
messages on your BBS in an echo, but they are on the hub system, check
to see if that echo is activated (turned ON) for your system.

 Otherwise, you can post all the messages you want in there, but they
won't go anywhere.
