Brownie Batter Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 c. cream
2 c. milk
1 pkg. (10.25 oz) fudge brownie mix
3 T. baking cocoa
� c. brown sugar
pinch salt

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together (or use a mixer)
until well blended, approximately 2 minutes.

2. Refrigerate overnight and then freeze according to your ice cream freezer's
manual.

3. Pour into an airtight container and freeze until solid.
