Ingredients


16 oz. ground beef
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt, plus more to taste for breading
1/2 tsp pepper, plus more to taste for breading
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1-2 cups flour for breading, plus 1/2 to 1 cup for gravy
cooking oil
1 cup milk



Directions

1. Mix first five ingredients and make 5 patties.

2. In a bowl, whisk together 1-2 cups of flour with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Firmly press flour onto patties so they are fully coated.

4. Cook in oil of choice until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on
papertowels.
Reserve oil.

To make gravy: Take one of the meat patties and break it into small pieces.
Combine with 1/4 cup of reserved cooking oil and 1 cup of milk in a sauce pan,
adding 1/2 cup of flour at a time while gravy cooks to form desired
consistency,
cooking for 10 minutes.
