Nice try...but the EBS is no more. :)
It's now the EAS with the Specific Area Message Encoder (SAME) tones
that are also on NOAA Weather Radio before the "Required Weekly Test",
or prior to selected watches or warnings.
Someone called the sound before the tones now as "gator farts". :P
