Yes, it has been. Parts of the region have had nearly a foot and a
half of rain in just 10 days.

I'm up on a bit of a hill in the apartment complex where I live, so
flooding for me isn't a problem. Unfortunately, many others aren't as
lucky.

Our wettest months of the year are our traditional "tornado
season"...March, April, and May.
