I haven't tried setting it up as a hub in Mystic, but the settings should be
the same. In Mystic, after setting up the message group and areas, add an
uplink in the QWK Network list, and fill in the settings. The
following is what I have for this network:

Active Poll:  Yes
Network Name: Radio/Weather Net
Member Type:  Node
FTP Host:     mojo.synchro.net
Login:        castlero
Password:     *******
Use Passive:  Yes
Packet ID:    MOJO
Archive Type: ZIP
Use QWKE:     No

In the message base editor, make sure the QWK Name matches the hubs. The QWK
Network should be set to the proper hub, and the QWK Base ID needs to match
the hub.

Then, from a command line, or an event, execute the command of "qwkpoll all",
without the quotes, and it connects and gets the incoming mail while sending
replies.

It just takes a little bit of time to set up. I'll let you know how reliable
it is over time. :)
